Payment & cancellation
How to pay
Bank transfer and cash are currently accepted. Rob may look to add online payment options in future. Card payments are not currently available.
When to pay
Payment is normally requested approximately two weeks before the booking date. Regular customers may agree a monthly invoice arrangement with Rob. Last-minute bookings may be paid on the day where specifically agreed.
Cancellations
At least one week's notice is preferred where possible. The minimum cancellation notice is currently 48 hours. Late cancellations may still be chargeable. If Rob has to cancel, you can receive a refund or move the booking to another suitable date.
